AmpliTaq Gold 360 Buffer Kit

Description

The AmpliTaq Gold 360 Buffer Kit is used in conjunction with AmpliTaq Gold 360 DNA Polymerase and is intended for those occasions when the quantity of reagents supplied with the enzyme are not sufficient. The kit includes 1.5 mL (each) of 10X AmpliTaq Gold 360 Buffer, 25 mM MgCl2, and 3360 GC Enhancer. Typically, 1.5 mL is sufficient for use with 250 U of enzyme.

The AmpliTaq Gold 360 Buffer Kit includes 1.5 mL (each) of 10X AmpliTaq Gold 360 Buffer, 25 mM MgCl2, and 360 GC Enhancer.
All solutions are prepared in deionized, filter-sterilized water. When stored at -15 to -25°C, this product maintains performance at least until the expiration date on the tube label. Before use, thaw frozen components to room temperature and mix well.
Product is guaranteed up to 12 months as indicated by the expiration date.
