The Invitrogen Anza Buffer Set includes both the Anza Buffer (10X) and the Anza Red Buffer (10X). The Anza buffers are proprietary buffer forumulations for use with the Anza Restriction Enzyme Cloning System. All Anza restriction enzymes digest DNA to completion in 15 minutes in the Anza buffers, and all Anza DNA modifying enzymes are fully functional in the Anza buffers.
